Our hygiene concept for a safe stay.

GENERAL

Please note the FFP2 mask requirement!
Highest hygiene standards in ALL areas – all areas are regularly cleaned and disinfected! Disinfection, ozone cleaning, steam cleaning. . . )
The “airing” is done for you by our home ventilation system. Constant supply of fresh air without having to open the windows. FRESH and FILTERED AIR from outside for noticeably better indoor air.
Critical points, such as elevator buttons, door handles, handrails, remote controls, light switches . . . are disinfected more often. – Plexiglas panes are fitted where necessary.
The passenger lift may only be used alone or with persons belonging to the same household. – We ask you to refrain from shaking hands.

BREAKFAST

Before entering or leaving the building. before each course to the buffet, please disinfect hands.

SKY SPA

All our saunas, the steam bath, the infrared cabin as well as the relaxation room are open.
There are restrictions due to the distance rules in the area of person capacity – per sauna. The maximum number of guests per sauna is indicated in front of the sauna cabin.
The Wellness Bar with different kinds of tea is still available as usual.
