Check-in / check-out

The rooms are available from around 2:30 p.m. Please notify us if you arrive after 7:00 p.m.
We kindly ask you to leave your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Reservation confirmation / deposit

For the fixing of reservations we ask for a deposit of € 200.00 per person / € 400.00 per apartment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard; notification of the credit card number and the expiry date) or by bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions

In general cancellations of reservations are only accepted in writing.

• up to 8 weeks before arrival: free of charge (handling fee € 40,00 per room).
• 8 to 2 weeks before arrival: 60% of the booked arrangement.
• 2 weeks to 4 days before arrival: 90% of the booked arrangement.
• Up to 3 days before arrival and in case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the booked arrangement.

Please note that a reservation only becomes effective after a written reservation confirmation from us. Unfortunately it is only possible to confirm the room category but not an exact allocation of the room number or the floor.

Travel cancellation insurance

We recommend taking out private travel cancellation insurance. It covers all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness, death of the insured person or his family members before the start of the holiday or during the stay.
